We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ranahan-brand.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, or an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price (only) will be issued. Customer will need to place a new order and new shipping charges will be applied.

RB apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.

Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.

You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

Can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best.

When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Because Ranahan Brand operates through ODP (on demand printing) partners, the items you ordered may ship from separate print manufactures. It is very common to receive an order in multiple packages.

As each individual package leaves the manufacturer, you will receive email confirmation with tracking information and updates.

Ranahan sells products – but may not store inventory themselves. At times, the merchandise moves directly from the supplier (or Print Provider) to the customer.

It takes 2–4 business days to create and fulfill an order. Once the order has left the warehouse, customers will receive tracking information via email.

OEKO-TEX® certification is one of the world’s leading labels for textile safety, and it proves that the certified products are free from hazardous chemicals. We’ve listed the label in the product description of the products that hold this certification. We also use OEKO-TEX® certified inks and thread for embroidery designs.
